Like with any muscle-skeletal pain, the key to improving neck pain symptoms is early identification, intervention and management.

The Body Doc’s system to help your Low back pain symptoms includes;

  2. Using evidence-based treatments to bring your pain to a manageable level

(osteopaths are trained in a broad range of techniques so you can have faith that we will have the right treatment techniques for you)

  1.  Teaching you how to identify triggers and learn pain relief strategies so you can take control of your own heath.

  2. Learn how to take control of your bodies strength, flexibility and functions so you can feel better, for longer

The Body Doc has a special interest in helping you overcome the barriers that Neck pain can cause so you can keep doing what you need, want and love.
