Helping children and adolescents requires a special combination of skills. Effective communication with the patient as well as the parents is crucial.

The Body Doc has extensive experience working with children in a sporting and performance context and is eager to help children and adolescents overcome their aches and pains. 

The Body Doc’s system to help Children and adolescent patients includes;

  1.  Teaching you how to identify triggers and learn pain relief strategies so you can take control of your own heath.

  2. Learn how to take control of your bodies strength, flexibility and functions so you can feel better, for longer
